Booking Options at Samlesbury War Memorial Hall
We offer a range of flexible booking options to suit all kinds of events and activities. Whether you need the hall for an hour, a half-day, a full party hire, or as a regular or occasional user, you’ll find all rates listed below. We also provide preferential pricing for local residents to support our community. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right option, we’re here to assist.

Making a Booking
Before making a booking or submitting an inquiry, ensure to check the live Calendar on our website and read the related Booking Guidance.
To request a booking for the main hall, meeting rooms rooms, and kitchen, please click here to check our online Calendar and make a Booking.
To initiate a booking, click on the ‘+’ sign on your preferred day, and complete the online booking form. After we have reviewed your request, you may receive a phone call or email to discuss the details of the hire.
NB all parties and family gathering will be charged at the Full Venue Price
