How to Make a Booking
To request a booking for the main hall or meeting rooms, please use our online Booking System.
To initiate a booking, click on the ‘+’ sign on your preferred day, and complete the online booking form. After we have reviewed your request, you may receive a phone call or email to discuss the details of the hire.
We require full payment in order to secure the booking. Once payment is received, the booking will be confirmed. Confirmation of booking will be sent by email.
Payment will be required by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice.
Please identify the payer with your name and the date of booking as the reference number.

Please note that all hall hire bookings are managed by a team of volunteers, and our booking phone and email are not continuously monitored. We will aim to respond to your message within 48 hours or on the next working day.
