Zumba Gold® is for the active older adult, individuals who may be limited physically or for anyone who is has not exercised for a while.
- Easy to follow dance movements
- Meet new friends and have lots of fun
- Latin music and your favourite tunes
- Reduce blood pressure, feel healthier and fitter
- All ages and abilities welcome
- Increase range of motion and mobility
